Refund Policy

Short version: one-time purchases are refundable within 14 days, no questions asked. The monthly membership can be cancelled any month, and we will refund any month you tell us was not useful.

One-time purchases (The Supplier Vetting Playbook)

If you buy the Playbook and it does not help you, email hello@unfilteredchina.com within 14 days of purchase and say you want a refund. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to return anything. Refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Monthly membership (Insider)

Cancel any month from the link in your receipt or your account — no email needed, no exit survey. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
Refund for a bad month: if a particular month was not useful, tell us and we will refund that month. We would rather know than keep money you did not get value from.
We do not prorate partial months on cancellation — you keep access to the end of the period.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy reduces your statutory consumer rights. For example, consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day cooling-off right for digital content, which we honour in addition to the above. Where a local law gives you a longer period, that longer period applies.

How to ask

Email hello@unfilteredchina.com with the subject "refund" and the email address you bought with. We reply within two business days.
